At Microsurgical Endodontics, we provide all the endodontics services including conventional root canal therapy and periapical surgery. Our experienced team is lead by Dr. Ali Allen Nasseh, a practicing endodontist / teacher and a leader in the field of root canal therapy / microsurgery.
At MSEndo, Dr. Nasseh performs the following procedures:
- Conventional Root Canal Therapy using the Microscope
- MicroSurgical Apicoectomies with Retrograde filling (All teeth, including upper and lower molars)
- Exploratory surgery to determine cause of failure
- Retreatments – Conventional and Surgical
- Broken Instrument and post removal/retrieval
- Perforation Repairs – Surgical/ non-Surgical
- Subgingival Surgical Restorations
- Crown lengthening for tooth isolation or restoration
- Post space preparations / post fitting
- Post and core placement (by request only)
- Permanent restoration of the access cavity (by request only)
- Placement of provisional crowns in broken down teeth in the esthetic zone

- Guided Bone Regeneration (only when necessary during endodontic surgery)
