At MicroSurgial Endodontics (MSEndo), all patients are requested to fill out an anonymous survey post-operatively sharing feedback and recommendations to improve services while rating the doctor, assistant, and the front desk staff in delivery satisfactory results for the patients. Analysis of 1500 responses from consecutive patients in the year 2007 showed an overall satisfaction rate of "Very Satisfied" with MSEndo's servcies. All 1500 patients claimed that they would refer someone they know to MicroSurgial Endo for endodontic services.
An electronic survey is currently unavailable. A hard copy will be given to patients after the completion of the procedure along with some complimantary oral hygiene products. At MSEndo, patient educaiton about the role of oral hygiene to prevent oral disease is greatly emphacized as the most predictable method to avoid future root canal problems.
